Dutton Plumbing, Cooling, Heating & Electrical runs out of two locations, one in Simi Valley and one in Sylmar. We’ve been working out of this valley since 1987. From those two shops, we cover Ventura County, the San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita, and Northern Los Angeles County. That’s plumbing, drain and sewer, water heaters, HVAC, and electrical, all handled by the same crews. Nearly four decades in the same region adds up. Our crews have been inside enough houses out here to recognize what a given neighborhood tends to do before they open anything up. Post-war ranch homes behave one way, newer builds behave differently, and we’ve seen it all.

Do you serve the San Fernando Valley?

Yes, and it's a large part of what we do. Our Sylmar shop sits in the Valley, which puts us close to Van Nuys, Encino, Sherman Oaks, Northridge, Reseda, Woodland Hills, Canoga Park, Chatsworth, Granada Hills, North Hills, Porter Ranch, West Hills, and Valley Village.

Do you cover Santa Clarita and Valencia?

Yes. Santa Clarita, Valencia, Canyon Country, and Castaic are all in our regular service area. Housing out there is newer than what we see in Simi Valley or the east Valley, which usually means different plumbing and a different set of common problems.

How fast can a plumber get to me in Ventura County?

Our Simi Valley shop covers most of Ventura County, including Thousand Oaks, Moorpark, Camarillo, Oxnard, Newbury Park, and Westlake Village. Most emergency calls get a technician out within the hour during normal business hours.

Is Dutton licensed to work in both Ventura and Los Angeles County?

Yes. We're a licensed California contractor covering plumbing, HVAC, and electrical, and that licensing applies statewide rather than county by county. We've been working in both counties since 1987.
